Ethan Frome

Ethan Frome is a novel written in 1911 by Pulitzer Prize-winning American novelist and short story writer Edith Wharton (1862–1937), telling the story of Ethan Frome, who works his unproductive farm and struggles to maintain a bearable existence with his difficult, suspicious, and hypochondriac wife, Zeena.
